On June 14, 2012 the “19th innovation day middle class” of the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie (BMWi) took place in Berlin. About 240 research institutes and enterprises presented products and R&D results from different BMWi funding programmes. The research organization leather and synthetic materials strips and the connected institute for leather and organic materials (FILK, Freiberg) were present at that innovation day middle class enterprises. The Suvis GmbH, which is active for FILK in the area of atomization and coating technologies, and the Chemnitz University of Technology were also participating and represented by Prof. Wozniak, Professor and one of the managing directors of the Suvis GmbH.

This „multitechnological show“ was well visited and numerous officials of the BMWi and the Bundestag used this event in order to gain information about the use and application of different innovation und research funding programmes for the middle class industry.
